    On time and under budget
    Wayne has surpassed all previous experiences of builders - he turned up when promised, worked out a detailed estimate of the work to meet our budget prior to starting and when he was here he worked hard. We felt safe having him at our house and are very pleased with the work he completed on time and under budget. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

    Renovation
    With my 1930s bungalow looking pretty tired I was keen to give it a new look. Wayne was great to work with through this whole process. He made the renovations come to life. He stayed on schedule and on budget. He came up with some great ideas which were innovative and cost effective. I'd be glad to work with him again any time! Thanks a lot!
