Paul Stewart (sales) customer service was excellent he listened to me and I was made to feel as if I of value important every step of the way, nothing was an issue. And everything happened as he said it would. The Installer, Thomas kept the time for a consultation, (two other reps from other companies failed to even turn-up) he had a wonderful customer manner and explained everything very clearly as to what was could be done. I did not feel that I was going to come home and find the heat pump installed where it would have made things very easy for him and I would hate it. being made to feel comfortable in my own home was important not only to me but Thomas also. Installation went without a hitch. I am a happy person too right. Would I recommend simply hating to anyone, YES.
