Modal Architecture started with the goal of creating high-performance, sustainable lifestyle homes.

Our kiwi founder started his career in New Zealand's largest multi-disciplinary practice. Staring off his career working on the Southern Response Housing Initiative to rebuild Christchurch homes affected by the 2011 Christchurch earthquake honed his renovation skills and gave him experience across a large number of design styles in a short period of time.
